SOLUTION

A patient appointment as clear steps

Examination screen — MEDEIR medical information system
01 · Examination

The appointment split into clear stages

A step bar runs from “General” to “Signing”. Doctors see where they are and what’s left, with patient details always at hand on the left.

  • Appointment step bar
  • Patient card alongside
  • Add entries with one button
Treatment plan screen — MEDEIR medical information system
02 · Treatment plan

Treatment plan and referrals on one screen

The system warns when the plan’s diagnosis doesn’t match the episode. Referrals are created from templates, and every entry can be edited or deleted.

  • Diagnosis consistency check
  • Referrals from templates
  • Qualified e-signature
Prescriptions screen — MEDEIR medical information system
03 · Prescriptions

Prescriptions and referrals without extra steps

Medical program, active ingredient, dosage and course come together in one card. Before signing, the doctor sees the whole prescription.

  • Prescriptions under medical programs
  • Dosage and course in one card
  • Review before signing
